What we collect

The Diagnostic Suite

Before you begin a diagnostic, we ask for your first name, business name, email address and phone number. As you work through a diagnostic, we also receive:

• your answers to its questions (for example, lead volumes, response times, or how your team handles follow-up);
• the results it produces from those answers — estimates, findings, the systems it recommends, and the cross-diagnostic “Bigger Picture” summary;
• any business name, website address or industry you enter inside a diagnostic. A website address is shown on your report; this site doesn’t visit or analyze it.

The contact form

If you send us a message, we receive what you enter: your name, email, business, type of business, what you’re looking to solve, and your message.

Booking a call

Our booking calendar is provided by GoHighLevel and embedded on the Contact page. The details you enter when booking go to GoHighLevel, which may use its own cookies to run the calendar.

Technical information

Like any website, our hosting provider processes standard request information — such as your IP address and browser type — to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the same kind of request information.

We don’t use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies of our own.

How we use it

• To show you your results. Your diagnostic report is generated in your browser and appears as soon as you finish — it doesn’t depend on anything being sent to us.
• To follow up about your diagnostic, by email or a phone call, so the conversation can start from what you’ve already told us. There’s no obligation.
• To reply to messages and prepare for calls you’ve booked with us.

Giving us your phone number doesn’t sign you up for text messages. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Where it’s kept

In your browser. While you use the Diagnostic Suite, your details and answers are kept in your browser tab so you can move between diagnostics and pick up where you left off after a refresh. That copy clears when you close the tab.

With us. When you submit your details, and again each time you finish a diagnostic, your details, answers and results are sent to our customer relationship system (GoHighLevel), so our team can see what you shared. Messages from the contact form arrive in our email inbox.

Services that help us

We rely on a small number of providers to run the site. Each handles information only to provide its service:

• Cloudflare — hosts the website and processes diagnostic submissions on their way to our CRM.
• GoHighLevel — our customer relationship system and booking calendar.
• FormSubmit — delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on the site.

How long we keep it

We keep diagnostic and contact information for as long as it’s useful for following up with you and managing our relationship with your business, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop following up, by emailing neuroflowsolutionsai@gmail.com. You can use the diagnostics’ results without booking a call or buying anything.

This site is intended for businesses and isn’t directed to children.

Changes to this policy

If what the site collects or how we use it changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
